2021 Inkwell Piece of My Heart Grenache come from vines planted in 2003 and grafted in 2011. Beginning in 2017, the grapes were finally ready to become a single varietal wine. This single block Grenache comes from the deep white sands parcels of our certified organic vineyards. It’s an elegant, savoury and slightly spicy expression of McLaren Vale Grenache with high notes of raspberries, red cherries, white pepper and a hint of blood orange.
